Twist off the tip and squeeze the contents onto food or into a small amount of drinking water. The oil will float on water rather than dissolve, so ensure your pet consumes the full amount. Serve immediately after opening.

Larger dogs that can comfortably swallow the softgel may receive it whole, directly or hidden in food. Follow the recommended feeding amount.

Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place, protected from heat and direct sunlight. Keep the jar tightly closed. Do not add the oil to hot food or hot water. Follow the storage instructions and best-before date printed on the packaging.

Each softgel is individually blister-packed to help limit exposure to oxygen, moisture and light until use. This is particularly important for omega-3 oils, which are sensitive to oxidation.

To request a return, email info@doctorelk.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will provide the return address. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us and retain proof of postage.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please package the goods securely. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them may result in a deduction for diminished value.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever comes first. For a full-order cancellation, the refund includes the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
